Yep, Mike is right. There are no options when sending from the cache page.
Like he said, load it back into Mapsource (or EasyGPS-it's free), change it
there and resend it back to the GPS. That way you would have it in the GPS
by GC# and cache name.

I've only used that feature once or twice, but I don't think you can
change the name until it is loaded. Once its loaded you can always
change the name.
