Looney Lagoon is not far from I70. Dusty #4 is more remote, but is an
interesting walk. If you do the Night Riverbluff Walk, I have another
traditional cache nearby. It's quite a walk but mostly on an old road.

For those of you going to the KC picnic, there is a night geocache called
"Night River Bluff Walk" - #GCGZPQ.  It's north on Hwy 291 in Independence
(eastern KC suburb) and is open at night, because it has a campground.  Same
concept of the reflectors.
