- Susan, Living with a pretty sick kid myself now for the last several looooong weeks, I can really empathize. We are in week number four of dealing with a "stomach thing" . Just when we think "this has got to be it -- it's over..." then .. BAM .. another night like last night and it's 1:00 am and we're putting a kyd into the shower and the sheets into the washer.
