This Thursday, Feb. 23rd, will be Leroy's 73rd birthday. He also plans on 
logging cache #2000 that day (assuming no hills or puzzles) :-)
What say we join him for a congratulatory lunch at Fuddruckers in Sunset Hills 
on Thursday at 11:30 (same place as usual). Maybe we can all chip in and buy 
him a birthday cookie. Just one, we don't want this to go to his head.
