 I've been wondering about that after all the articles I've read. We get
permission from property managers, but do we need to start notifying local
law enforcement as well? Maybe put together a little educational packet for
them? 
Hey and what's with the parks mgr expecting him to bury it? Now that
wouldn'tlook suspicious at all!

beginning to have lots of geocachers) I commented that I thought the cache
hider made a mistake in not telling the police where the rest of his caches
