I know he wasn't the "camera guy". The camera guy is just getting into geocaching and wanted Ann Rubin to do a special on the sport. Prior to the filming, he and Ann did some "city" caching which you saw. He might have been a friend of the camera guy, I don't know.

I met a guy once that didn't log any finds online. He told me that he had over 500 finds and all of them were 3/3's and higher.

This guy was probably a friend or maybe the camera guy..
