Mike,

Between you and jim_geocacher there will be a good 12
or 15 caches out that are relatively new. Jim just
placed 4 new ones and said he is planning on placing a
few more. So I think there will be a good number right
around JC to do. Probably keep us busy for a bit
:)....I actually had a question for you though. I am
mostly paperless caching now and I try to pull a
pocket query down for the caches in an area a day or
two before I go there. Will your caches etc be in
place a day or so ahead of time so that my query picks
it up? or will you be passing out sheets with
coordinates?

Something you might consider doing is setting out a
Cabin Fever cache in McClung but spread the actual
coordinates around town in 2 different caches
NXX.XX.XXX in one cache and the WXXX.XX.XXX in another
cache and don't tell people which they are in. Will
make them look closer at the cache contents and log
book for the coords to the "bonus" cache. You can then
leave it as a permanent cache with the coords posted
or leave it like it is for people to find.

An event cache box that is filled with stuff from
those attending and then hidden to be found is a good
idea. Most of the events have had something like that.

I have done a few group caches with people from St.
Louis and Columbia and too many people in a group
makes it unworkable. However we could divide up into
smaller groups and do some planned hunts. I look
forward to meeting and caching with good friends but
also with new people I have not met.

Thanks for putting this together and I look forward to
meeting you

Dan
