I always find a small twig with just the right crook in it. I twirl the twig
in front of me as i walk. By the time i get back to the car i have a nice ball
of silk on the end of my twig and none on my face 8^)
try to say "twirl the twig" several times quickly.

I have a spider web detecting device, it's called my
"face"....... I've eaten more spider webs than I care to
think about. On group hunts, I've taken to walking slower
than everyone else so that they find the webs before me.
