Go ahead.  Give it a try  O:-)

They actually tried for a white Christmas. A thin layer of sleet was 
about all they got. It is really kind of funny for an observer down 
here. With the temperatures in the 30's I saw someone in a parking lot 
in a short sleeve T-shirt talking to someone in a parka with a fur lined 
hood. I think the cold confuses them down here.
