[GeoStL] Course and cache setting for MOGA

Right after New Years I would like to head up to Meramec State Park and start
putting out some caches and WPs for the MOGA event. Tim are we going to get to
choose an area or is it going to be by lottery or what? How are going to decide
on who sets what where? Also I would like some company in setting out this
stuff ...it is always more fun with a few people then to go alone....so keep in
mind a day or two in January for heading to Meramec.
