ST7 is at Clifton Park with the overlook at the lake. Another is Meramec
Quarry at the overlook deck.
ST8 is wilmore park, at a fishing lake but no fishing pole is required.
The helper was stuck to the flag pole but disappeared several time so I
moved to helper closer to the cache, but a stick and the helper is
required for retrieval.

What is the name of the ST cache where you had to use the
fishing pole? And the one where there was the viewing deck with the
railing....
