Nicol.
First, regarding the electricity levels the thing to do is practice. The
location of the electricity has no baring on where the water sound is.
You will hear the water sound at the location of where you are on the
pipe. So, if you are about half way through the level, you will be in
the middle and thus will hear the water in the middle. Timing is the
important thing when you cross electricity. As you start one of these
levels, pay attention to the pattern of the electricity. There is always
a pattern and based on this random pattern, you can time your pipe
twisting accordingly.
Second, regarding the suggestion for more time. I don't see this as a
necessary thing to add because there is already plenty of time to
complete the side scroll level. Perhaps it's just me used to the game
already, but I think not. Again, the key word here is, practice.
