[foxboro] icc error codes

Duc,

find iccapi.h and look at the error codes in the various .h files

None of the error codes listed in the iccapi.h file are negative, but ...

hst_err.h:#define       ENO_ROOM        -29

iccapi.h:#define ICC_ERR_BASE_PATH              29


Could either of these be the problem?
