I hope the following is a "kindly highlight" procedure:

a) From "Config" menu, select "OperActJournal" option.

b) Then Operation Action Journal window opens.

c) Select the "alarm printer" you use, then in the frame "Historian Log=
",
set "Enable".

d) Select button "Done".

After procedure execution, all operators actions will be sent to alarm
printer. Repeat this procedure in all WP or "Display Manager/FoxView" y=
ou
use to record operator actions on those interfaces.

ADDITIONAL RECOMENDATION: A lot information will be sent to printer. In=

order to work paperless, we removed printer and installed a PC with a h=
ome
made software to store messages in a database. We have predefined queri=
es
to look for information in this messages. If you are interested in, the=
re
are several providers on internet with commercial solutions about this =
kind
of software. Also, Foxboro provides a software for this functionality.
