Actually, there is one, the PTC block.
I generated a string of pulses on either of two outputs. The choice of output
is based on the sign of the difference between its MEAS and SPT. The duration
of the pulse is based on the amount of the difference.
It seems to me that you could get what you want with one of these. Set the MEAS
to 0, the SPT to >0, and turn it on and off with the MA bit.
Please note, I've never, ever seen one of these put to use, but it looks like a
simple way to do what you want.
