The presentation I sent should help. I'm pretty sure it's in a System
Installation manual, but ...

There are physical things to consider as well. The most obvious is the move
from CP60/FCM/FBM to FCP/FBM.
There are a bunch of options depending on what you have. There was a
presentation at the user's group meeting from long ago on the options and I
think that they were included in a B0 document, but I can't find it. :(

Below assumes you wish to keep same letterbug Also assumes you are keeping the
same FBM types.....
Edit Day 1 SysDef to add CP270 and remove CP60 Perform CP savall Initialize CP
Run rm_station on old host to remove sict tables.
Manually remove in /usr/fox/sp/files the checkpoint files and comex files on
old host.. (DBxxxxx.UC, BBxxxxx.UC, DBxxxxx.init, CMXxxxxxx) Pass commit
diskette thru new host using the day0 CD to add the CP270. (never install
release level diskettes during day1) Install any latest QF for CP270 image for
your version of I/A Bootup CP270 Perform loadall from new host Put FBM's online
Pass commit thru the rest of the system

Has anyone on the great all knowing list developed a check list for or a
procedure to upgrade the CP60's to FCP270's that they would share?
Thanks
