Rick, We have seen exactly the same issue and it might have to do with having a fully qualified domain name configured in your resolv.conf file. Try doing this at a PC that you are having trouble with and see if it makes things work: 1. Set the PC to use DHCP 2. Reboot and let the DHCP server assign it's IP address. 3. In a command prompt window on the PC type in ipconfig/all 4. Using the output of ipconfig/all, (shown below), use the IP Address shown to replace the Host Name shown in your XSTART "Command:" line. i.e. (/opt/ia/go_dm PCHostname) change to (/opt/ia/go_dm 182.137.76.153) 5. Try opening the DM and then the AM or ICC. 6. If this works, and I'm confident it will, make sure that the Primary Dns Suffix on the PC agrees with the DNS configuration in your resolv.conf file. Actually, you could check that out first. We observed the disappearing AM at one time and a DNS discrepancy was the root of our problem. I hope it is yours also.
