We implemented OMMO, with immediate and positive results.
However, our problem CPU % usage would hit 100% and stay there for 15
seconds or more.
We used Task Manager and Performance tab to view the CPU % usage.
After implementing OMMO, our CPU % usage dropped to 20% or lower, most of
the time.
It may hit 100 % but only briefly.

Foxboro also recommended we increase memory.
Have not done this, yet.
