we have the same problme when we call a display on Foxview it takes an
eternity, this probleme show up when we upgraded a NODE from CP60 to FCP280
( IA 8.4.3 to fox evo 9.2), the others nodes still in IA8.4.3 on the mesh
network using ATS, the schneider gay sugested to install the FV 10.4.2 but
it still slow the same problem persiste, i compared 2 displays the one that
call up C:B:P from the same node is faster than the display call up the
C:B:P from the other nodes, is it a probleme between the two IA series IA
8.4.3 and the fox evo 9.2?

In an effort to streamline the FoxView display building process for a large
project, we've been experimenting with using library objects for all the
symbols (eg: pida, ain, gdev valves, motors, etc). This works great as you
can define all of the behaviour in the .m1 files and then just drop the
object and configure the aliases while enforcing the graphics standards to
be followed.
The problem that we're struggling with is that the display call up times
are prohibitively long. I have run tests with setting up a display using
both methods and all the same C:B.P. The call up time for a display without
library objects is < 0.5 sec, where as with the library objects it's over 3
seconds. This may sound short, but in actual usage, it is unbearable.
I've tested at IA 8.5 as well as IA 9.2 with FV 10.4.2 QF1269588
Any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
