Interesting, that blink_task and SIGUSR1 thing.... I wonder if this is why
my DMs come up with funky colors sometimes, particularly when using VNC
instead of Exceed. I'll have to hack that signal delay into my startup
scripts and try it. Thanks, Wally and Duc. This list is great :)
