In addition to these considerations, if the system uses FoxView, this
display program may hang up when the time is set forward.

Also, if any Control data base actions Reference time specifically (such
as resetting accumulators at a specific time) these may also be impacted.

Reference in the gentlemen's not to an APC PC may imply Advanced Process
Controls, and it is now uncommon to see advanced controls look at process
conditions over the course of time periods like hours or a day.  It may be
that these should be switched off or set to manual before time is changed,
and restored to operation aftward.

This, of course, is better determined  someone who knows the application.
