I'm not sure I understand what you are attempting to do.

Is it like this

RO0001 := C:SOME_SWCH.OUT

or like this

C:SOME_DEP.RI0001 := C:SOME_SWCH.OUT

or something different from one of these.

Could you send a code snippet?
