Everyone, sorry for the delay...I actually got to take vacation.
The FBM is an 04.  The signal is 4-20 mA.

The nose cone and terminal block assembly is one component (can't change one
without changing the other).

At least two other points on that FBM04 has been confirmed good.  One
confirmed bad with one unconfirmed.
