Not sure if this helps or not but we have two software versions for 51F's, make sure that the correct day0 CD is used when loading. In our case K0175YT-A or K0175TY-D. I believe it depends on what CD was used when the box was originally setup. (It is not hardware dependant in our case.) A similar issue was addressed in an I/A CAR that was corrected by deleting the /dev/fb0 and fb1 and then performing boot -r to allow the files to be rebuilt correctly (CAR 11490 on AW51C). This worked after several tape restores. However, the final restore the error occurred and the same actions were taken but the fb0, and fb1 were not recreated. During bootup there is "Number of CRTs=1" message and only one monitor comes up. In addition, fb2 and fb3 files now has apparent configuration data stored in it. After 5-7 minutes the other monitor will comeup but you cannot cursor over to it. How can you force the system to rebuild these files and / or force to recognize the second monitor upon boot?
