[foxboro] Problem in Foxboro I/A Series Software V6.2

I install Foxboro I/A Series Software V6.2 on WinNT 4 Service Pack 4
But it is not accessing the network and ICC is not opening.
My configuration is
IP address 152.152.152.73
Subnet Mask 255.255.254.0
I install MS Loop Back Adapter.
And choose virtual Application Wrokstation WP70X in system configurator
Plz give me the solution of the proper installation of Foxboro I/A
Series Software V6.2
