[foxboro] Alarm when AIM stops collecting

Hi All,
We have two historians that collect the same data.
Recently we had a week of no collections by hist02 - which was not noticed.
How can we get an alarm when the historian goes offline?
PS - I will email GCS and if they have an answer post it.
