[foxboro] AW70 used as OPC Server (showing failed and no OPC communication)

Dear All
I am working on one system having AW51B as server and also WPs. There is also
one AW70 which is used as OPC server using AIM* OPC server.
The Sysmgm is showing this AW70 as failed. Whereas the operating system of this
XP PC is OK and AIM* OPC server is running. This is connected via RCNI,
Enterasys switch and NCNI to the Nodebus.
Because of this OPC communication is not happening. Can any one suggest any
actions first of all to bring this machine out of failed state in Sys_Mgmt" and
secondly for the OPC communication.
Also FoxView is not running. What can I do to run FoxView on that machine as
there is no icon.
