As you said, all of those except wine and restricted extras are already 
included.

The restricted extras would be nice, although it would be a legal gray area 
(probably illegal in the US but nobody is likely to prosecute, ianal). You 
can't play wma, wmv, avi, mpeg or mp3 files or DVD s without those codecs.

Personally, I'd avoid wine; there's enough stuff that won't work or almost 
works with wine, especially games, that I think we would have a support 
nightmare. Better to make sure they understand that they're on their own as far 
as trying to run Windows programs. If Freebox recipients had a need, such as a 
hard requirement from the schools, then we might want to revisit this and 
perhaps look at what is required to run specific programs which would be 
supplied elsewhere.

Other packages aren't required but I think we might want to look into providing 
some (GCompris is a good example) since Ubuntu is kind of sparse in some areas.
