[eyedrumartcomm] Director salary

I remember that meeting clear as day that the money was supposed to come
from fundraising. Shortly thereafter Grady said that 40k would be a proper
salary and he agreed to put in 10k.
If money needs to come from general funds to tide Priscilla over in between
salary grants, I would certainly vote for that.
