services cannot start

These services cannot start on my Exchange2000 server:
Microsoft Exchange  POP3
Microsoft Exchange MTA Stacks
Microsoft Exchange Information Store
Microsoft Exchange IMAP4
Microsoft Exchange System Attendant

Pls help.
