You will see the mailbox only after a mail will be received.

Hi, i've just installed w2k and e2k+applying sp2 both. After that i
create one account. And when i try see in mailboxes using system manager, i
can't see the account. when i look at service manager,information store, mta
stacks, and system attendant didnot start. then i restart my server. but the
problem is still the same. how to solve this problem ?
