pop beamer

Hey there,im having a problem with y pop beamer which is what I use to pick
mail onto my local network.It cant do that and the error is,"mail box is
locked by another session!" some one help me sort this out.
Now,I cant receive mail from you at this address because the pop server is
not working.Please be kind enough as to route it to my yahoo
