create account in domain and give it service account admin permissions on
organisation, site and configuration level.

hi, i want backup mailboxes using exmerge.exe.
i've login using "administrator" account, and when
i run exmerge, it give me error failure.the error say
that the information store not running or have no
access for that mailboxe(s). i think the problem is
at account that i used. i've checked the information
store, and it's running already. how to solve this ?
