customized mail box over the limit message

Hello,

We have Exchange2000 & Outlook2000- when a user mail box's size is over
the limit , the system automatically generate a warning message "Your
mailbox has exceeded one or more size limits set by your administrator
--etc -See client Help for more information.".

How do I customized the above message ? Is there a software or tools I can
use to modify it . Apparently you can not customized the message according
to the tutorial here.

ANy help is much appreciated.
