creating many Distribution Lists

Hi,
I am creating about 50 "Global Security" Distribution Lists inan Exchange
2003 server. I have the data in a CSV file, with the DL name and members
for each list. Is there a way to import or create these DLs? Even a
command line method? Currently I am having to create the lists by hand,
one list at a time, and it is a laborious process!
