first of all u have to Upgarde the existing domain to windows 2003 an dthe 
changed the name of to desire one the only it is possible

ya, i'm serious. but i want to change my domain name in different
server.cause i'm already install windows 2003 server in another computer.
the problem is when i restore the exchange database to windows 2003 server
computer.. so i don't have to upgrade domain.
