Win2k Domain/Internet Domain

Hello List
A client of ours has Exchange Server 2000 running on a Windows 2000 Server.
They are listed on smapcop.net as their domain is not a valid server name.
The client set their Windows 2000 server in Native mode rather than mixed
mode. Is there is setting within Exchange to change the Internet Domain?
Currently its abcwyxz.ABC.local - it should need be mailserver.domain.tld
