WWW service

Hi All,
 
I have installed Outlook web access (OWA) on a WindowsNT 4.0 server sp6a. I
am running exchange 5.5 at a different machine with sp6a NT4.0.
 
My problem is that the WWW service (w3svc) stops frequently. There are no
entries in the event log for the same.
 
Could anyone help me?
