I seem to have created a problem for myself. Here's the backround: NT4 domain, Exchange5.5, SP4. I had to delete and re-create a user's domain acct, but now that user can't log onto their exchange acct. I've gone into their mailbox and selected the domain acct to associate with it, but when trying to open the mailbox in outlook, get the following: "Unable to open your default email folders. You do not have permission to log on." OWA doesn't work, either. I have re-syncronized the domain, no change. I'm a little lost on this one? Any suggestions? Chris
