Hi, In the past, when I have had a critical solution that required additional help beyond what I can put on it, I have called Microsoft, paid the fee and every time, have been very satisfied with the result. I am working with Microsoft Tech Support on one Exchange case as we speak, having paid my $245. Well worth it. I have even learnt a few tricks and things along the way. The price of $245 is not too much to pay. Just my $0.02. Mike
