Hi Qusai
A simple trust will not enable GAL replication between the two forests even if
you do get it working. Just as a quick side note I have a Windows 2000 in Mixed
mode forest and another 2003 one in 2000 Native mode and have a trust between
them just fine. The only thing I had to do was make sure that each domains DNS
was replicated or manually set up to have the entries for the domain
controllers of the other. If you want GAL replication you will need a
meta-directory service and that will cost money and time to implement as it is
not simple.
Why do you need two separate Forests? Would two domains in the same forest not
suffice or at least two domain trees in the same Forest?

I am having both 2003 and they can see their DNS records and both are raised
to functional level windows 2003
And after that I want to deploy multiforest exchange solutions

Besides, when you configured DNS, how did you configure it? Are they able to
see the entire DNS records, or did you just populate your DNS with some A RR's?
An Active Directory question would be more likely answered on a different
list unless you want to deploy a multi-forest Exchange solution. Then we could
help out a little better. :)

Dear All
I have 2 forest with 2 domain controller " 123.com" and "xyz.com"
I am trying to do a trust between the two
I configure the DNS for both domains now each one can ping others records..
Now I am trying to do a trust between the two domain I am getting this error
