I couldn't find any MX records for bounceme.net. If you want to receive
E-mail on this domain, you should have MX record(s). Without any MX
records, mail servers should attempt to deliver mail to the A record for
bounceme.net.
 
Coz of this I could not find any mail servers for bounceme.net.
 
I recommend you to talk to your DNS provider - no-ip.com to add a MX
record to the domain. It must be
Bounceme.net          MX           [5]            deeplblue.bounceme.net
 
And also tell them to add their mail server as a secondary mail server
to the domain as well
Bounceme.net          MX           [10]          mail1.no-ip.com

As i typed in my first mail ,The ??? portion i have to fill up in their
web page.

I tried filling up bounceme.net  ( as you also said),but nslookup wont
show my mailserver .

 

SHOULD I already register my MX record with another ISP before entering
here?
