SAV 3.0 issue on Exchange 2000

I have configured the Symantec Antivirus for Exchange 2000.I have set the
policy for attachment and Subject line such that the entire message is
deleted when SAV finds the mails with with above conditions.But i see that
the mail goes to the corresponding users saying
"Symantec AVF replaced untitled.jpg with this text message. The
original file had a prohibited name and was
deleted.The message has been marked for deletion and the
attachment, replaced with this text file."
I do not want this message going to the users.i want it deleted. The users
is not interested in knowing these messages. The users mailbox are filled
with these messages.He is complaning.
Please help.
