[ExchangeList] Sender filtering

Hi all,
in order to block mails from all yahoogroups.com I took following steps.......
1: in Global setings ---->Message Delivery ---->sender filtering
for filter messages with blank sender & drop connection if address matches.
2: After that in protocol folder I open default SMTP virtual server's properties.
click advanced------>edit, and click check box, apply sender filter.
apply and OK then restart pc .
is there any one who can guide me that,
what mistake I am doing ?why my users still receiving yahooogroups mails.I am facing hard drive space problem.
