Hardware costs
Software costs
Maintenance's costs
Anti-virus subscription costs
Cost of downtime
Spooling costs
Setup
Upgrades
Change management
Power
Human resources, benefits, sick days, hit by a bus, stress (taking
spams personally)
Etc...
As you know, it's a business decision though... most of my clients use
Postini and love it, others have made a decision to bring it in-house
- in which case there are a long list of options.

P.S. Ralph, I can resell Postini for around the $2 mark - depending on
how many users.
