SMTPSVC & NNTPSVC warning

Hai.
when i look event viewer :
SMTPsvc event ID : 5000 warning
the message file 'c:\program files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi
1\queue\NTFS-fab0be7001c22d4b0000004f0.EML'in the queue directory 'C\program
files\Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\queue' is corrupt and has not been enumerated
NNTPsvc event ID : 101 warning
the server was unable to add the virtual root '/' for the directory '/internet
newsgroups ' due to the following error: the parameter is incorrect the is the
error code.
So I can send email :
The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the
server. The rejected e-mail address was 'test@xxxxxxxxxxx Subject 're',
Account: 'hasan', Server: 'mail.server.jkt ', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response:
'550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for test@xxxxxxxxxx', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79
please resolution to me, and then i send my email.
