[ExchangeList] Rules problem on Exchange 5.5

I have a problem with rules on our Exchange 5.5 Server.
The server generated me duplicates rules.
It's impossible to modify suppress (...) rules.
I always get a message "do you want to keep client/server rules" when I
launch Outlook or "there is not enough room..." When I try to modify /
suppress.
What can I do to remove all rules on that mailbox, to recreate the needed
ones??
