Look at the following: http://www.cdolive.com/pfalert.htm. I guess, you need to do some modifications to send out notification to a particular TO address by reading the TO filed of new fax. We had just opened a number of eFax accounts and started widely giving the new fax numbers out...I have a few users which each have their own eFax # - but it seems because of the fact that this is new to them (getting emailed faxes rather than via than an actual fax machine) they neglect to check the fax mailbox...and because of this some of them are getting in a big pinch not returning the information. It it possible for Exchange 2003 to automatically notify users via email that they have a fax sitting there? Mind you, all users are using the same public folder to grab their faxes...so the only thing distinguishing who it is for is the To: address.
