Hi Did you find any solution for this? Thank you -----Original Message----- From: Chris Chauv [mailto:chrisc@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Monday, July 11, 2005 9:14 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] Outlook 2003 address book question.... http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi all, This question is regarding the Address Book in Outlook. I've created contacts with and email address and a fax number. When I go into the address book....that same contact is listed twice..one for his email address and one for his fax number. Is there a way to hide the fax number so when I go into the address book...only contacts with email addresses show up. It's not like I will ever select his fax number to put in the 'To:' field....any ideas? Thanks all. -chris ------------------------------------------------------ List Archives: http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Exchange Newsletters: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/newsletter.asp Exchange FAQ: http://www.msexchange.org/pages/larticle.asp?type=FAQ ------------------------------------------------------ Other Internet Software Marketing Sites: World of Windows Networking: http://www.windowsnetworking.com Leading Network Software Directory: http://www.serverfiles.com No.1 ISA Server Resource Site: http://www.isaserver.org Windows Security Resource Site: http://www.windowsecurity.com/ Network Security Library: http://www.secinf.net/ Windows 2000/NT Fax Solutions: http://www.ntfaxfaq.com ------------------------------------------------------ You are currently subscribed to this MSEXchange.org Discussion List as: ara@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To unsubscribe visit http://www.webelists.com/cgi/lyris.pl?enter=exchangelist Report abuse to listadmin@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
