Subject: [exchangelist] Outlook 2003 address book question....

http://www.MSExchange.org/

Hi all,

This question is regarding the Address Book in Outlook. I've created
contacts with and email address and a fax number. When I go into the
address book....that same contact is listed twice..one for his email
address and one for his fax number. Is there a way to hide the fax
number so when I go into the address book...only contacts with email
addresses show up. It's not like I will ever select his fax number to
put in the 'To:' field....any ideas? Thanks all.
