Create a new test mailbox and give him rights on it. See if he can open
that in the client.

Subject: [ExchangeList] Outlook 2003 Issue, or is it??
Hey All,

Having a strange problem with a single user in our organization. When
starting up Outlook, he gets the generic "Unable to display your default
mail folders....etc" message. I tried setting up his profile on another
machine and the same thing is happening. The strange part about the
whole thing is that he can log into the domain, he can log into Outlook
Web Access, access all domain resources, yet, within Outlook 2003, he
can't connect to Exchange.

Also, when I set up his Outlook profile on that machine, when putting in
the server information, Check Name works fine as well (name gets
underlined).

Could it be a permissions thing? It's not a communication issue because
the exact same problem can be recreated on any machine in the domain.

Pulling my hair out here and would love a point in the right direction!!
Thanks in advance for your help everyone!
